Lisa Reinoehl
Chief Executive Officer

As Electronic Technology, Inc. CEO, Lisa is responsible for managing our overall operations. Her work includes delegating and directing agendas, driving profitability, supervising all hiring decisions along with managing company organizational structure and strategy. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas as well as a Masters Degree in Education from MidAmerica Nazarene University.

Taylor Reinoehl
Controller

Taylor joined our team in February of 2022. A graduate of Pittsburg State University, Taylor earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a major in Accounting. Taylor spent the last five years in Topeka, KS working for a private accounting firm, servicing the needs of over twenty corporations and LLCs. Taylor’s experience has already proven invaluable as he brings new methods to the coordination of our operational account functions.

Cory Reinoehl
Operations Manager

Cory joined our team in May of 2022 after working in insurance and sponsorships the past three years. Cory graduated from Ottawa University with his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication after earning an Associate of Arts degree from Johnson County Community College. With his organizational skills and outstanding work ethic, we are excited to see Cory’s influence on how we manage orders and inventory more efficiently for our customers. Welcome to the team Cory!

Eric Martinson
Field Service Engineer

For the last 22 years, Eric has served in key positions with Ash Grove Cement in the Cement Manufacturing Industry. His first position was as Control Systems and Instrumentation Technician, later advancing to Automation Engineer. He excelled in a variety of responsibilities including work in automation, networking, instrumentation, and process control.

Eric has been a Field Service Engineer with ETI since January 2016. He is currently pursuing Cisco certifications and is responsible for assisting ETI’s Cisco Certified Network Professional with design and implementation of networking and video management system projects. Eric’s major ETI responsibilities include equipment and software installation, configuration and testing for wired, wireless and optical network and video management system implementations.

Eric Byrne
Project Manager

With 30 years of experience in architecture and over twenty years as a Registered Architect, Eric brings extensive project management and CAD design capabilities to ETI. Eric has utilized his Civil Engineering, Construction Management education to effectively supported numerous time sensitive projects of various scale and scope.

Kyle Reinoehl
Sales Consultant

Kyle came to ETI from Axis Communications where he served as Regional and Area Sales Manager for over nine years. Kyle has over 15 years of experience developing systems that include video surveillance, access control, video intercom, network audio along with the data infrastructure (fiber, copper, and cable management) required for these systems to communicate. 

Kyle holds the Certified Protection Professional (CPP®) credential which is considered the “gold standard” certification for security management professionals and demonstrates his knowledge and competency in seven key domains of security. Kyle also holds the Physical Security Professional (PSP®) certification which demonstrates his knowledge in physical security assessments, application, design, and integration of physical security systems, and implementation of security measures.

Philip Heisse
Sales Consultant

Philip joined our team in April of 2023. He brings 16 years of IT and physical security experience in both the public and private sectors. His experience ranges from management and administration of a small municipal security system to a worldwide enterprise network for a financial services corporation.

Philip holds a degree in computer network management along with certifications in access control including facial recognition applications and surveillance video management.
